Further, the candidates can also attempt skill specific modules which are relevant to their job/education/or interest.

What should I do if my Exittest scores are low?

Firstly you should go through the detailed feedback report of your scores that is generated at the end of the test. It consists of your strong and weak areas which gives you the guidance to work on increasing your scores for the next test which will also improve your employability chances.

I have secured good scores on Exittest. When will I get an interview call?

Congratulations for performing well on Exittest! Very soon companies will start shortlisting your profile and we will let you know about the same through email and SMS. Do keep your profile updated on Exittest and keep regular check on your emails, this will help you get shortlisted soon and to receive the information on time.

For how long is my Exittest score valid?

The score of your Exittest is valid until your subscription expires.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Please visit the login page and click on "Login using OTP". Enter OTP which you will receive on your email address/mobile number and you will be able to reset your password.

FAQ’s for College

Q1.

What will be the process for drive?

In the beginning, the candidate will be provided with a link where he/she has to fill out all the mandatory details for the registration process. Once the information form will be submitted by the candidate, he/she will be enrolled for an introductory session of the company followed by other rounds such as technical test, JD, HR and then the final interview.

Q2.

How soon candidate can join

The candidate has to go through the entire selection procedure step by step. When all the rounds will be successfully completed by the candidate and timely processed by the company then only a candidate can join.

Can the candidate selected for 1 company can sit for another interview?

Yes, at Exit Test the candidate gets the choice to apply for other companies interview as well which opens a broader scope for the candidates to select a company and job profile of their preference.

Q4.

Salary package and variable?

Every company has their own salary structure based on the position and job profile. However, Exit Test makes sure that the candidates should be allotted with packages that are as per the market standards.

Q5.

How soon can we get list of candidates selected after complete process?

Once the candidates of a particular batch have completed the process, the selected candidate list will be availed within 24 hours.

Q6.

We want to conduct Exit Test at our college. Whom should we connect?

Exit Test can be conducted at your college if there are a minimum number of students (mention the number) planning to appear for the same. To submit your request, click here .

Will we get all the benefits of Exit Test, if we organize it at our college?

Yes, all the benefits associated with the Exit Test shall be provided.

Is placement guaranteed if exit test is taken?

Yes, if the candidate has successfully passed the Exit Test then the placement is guaranteed for the candidate.

Can students join if result is awaited or there is backlog?

In case the result is awaited then the candidate can join, however in the case of backlog the candidate will have to depend on the decision taken by the respective company.

If joining is allowed for result awaited, will leaves be allowed for exams?

Yes, the candidates will be provided with fixed leaves according to the exam dates.

How many fresher and experienced candidates we can expect from Exit Test?

Exit Test is taken by 20% experienced candidates whereas 80% by fresher’s (tentative percentage) so you can expect the candidates in the same ratio.

What kind of test is conducted by Exit Test to ensure candidate’s skills?

Yes, for every candidate who attempts the Exit Test, a detailed performance report is generated which consists of scores obtained and analysis of performance on every section of the test. Further these reports are provided to the corporates to continue with the process.

Can Exit Test schedule drive for us for colleges selected by us?

Yes, Exit Test can schedule recruitment drive at the colleges of your preference.

Who will give pre placement talk?

Exit Test ensures to conduct pre-placement discussion with the candidates on behalf of the corporates.
